Privacy notice: BriGRETE Final Event registration

By registering for the BriGRETE Final Event you acknowledge this privacy notice.

 

Who is responsible for your data. The data controller is the BriGRETE consortium, the partners of the Erasmus+ project "Bridging the Gap: Research Ethics Training and Education". Fraud Line (fraudline.gr) acts as data processor: it handles registrations on behalf of the consortium and only on the consortium's documented instructions.

 

What we collect. Your first name, last name, email address and organisation, and your choice about photos and recording, as entered in the registration form.

 

Why we use it. Only to organise the BriGRETE Final Event on 20 November 2026 at NCSR Demokritos, Athens: managing registrations and attendance, sending you confirmations and practical information, and event reporting to the funding authorities. We do not use your data for marketing and do not sell it.

 

Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in organising the event and meeting project and Erasmus+ reporting obligations (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

 

Photos and recording. Photos and video may be taken during the event for project dissemination. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, tick the box in the registration form.

Who receives your data. The consortium partners who organise the event, and Fraud Line as processor. Registrations are stored on the Wix platform, which acts as a sub-processor under GDPR-compliant terms. We do not share your data with other third parties, except where the law or the funding authorities (European Commission, Hellenic National Agency) require it.

 

How long we keep it. Until the event has been completed and project reporting has been finalised, and for the period required by Erasmus+ audit rules. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

 

Your rights. You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data and object to its processing. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
